Abstract

Objective: To assess the satisfaction of Unifesp's Health Informatics students with the Moodle virtual learning environment. Method: Mixed qualitative and quantitative approach, with content analysis and descriptive statistics. An online questionnaire was administered to 116 students, addressing their experience, usability, and visualization in Moodle. Results: Students preferred accessing materials in PDF, HTML, and audio formats. They highlighted good usability, clear navigation, and adequate support. Few used accessibility features. Suggestions for improvement included better access to menus and more videos. Conclusion: The importance of usability in students' experience was evidenced. It is recommended to enhance accessibility, provide more videos, and simplify the presentation of information by subject.
