This study intends to carry out a research on the dissemination of health promotion information by Sesc RJ Dentistry, through the Instagram profiles @sescrio and @sescsantaluziarj, during the period of social isolation; and to determine whether this practice should be maintained. A metric evaluation was applied regarding the number of followers, posts in the format of reels and their views until July 2022. The profile of Sesc RJ had a total of 126000 followers, 76 publications and a reach of 823795 and that of Sesc Santa Luzia of 3405, 55 and 67965, respectively. With the results obtained, it was evaluated that the alternative of expanding knowledge in health through the technological approach was successful and that it should be maintained even after the end of the pandemic.
