Objective: Given the increase in cardiovascular diseases, the aim of this study is to propose a digital health system that combines a remote clinical monitoring prototype for biomedical signals using biosensors to capture photoplethysmography and electrocardiogram signals with a mobile application. Method: The method used involves the development of the system within the context of the Internet of Things (IoT) to collect and transmit biomedical data in real-time, promoting a proactive approach to health. Results: The results highlight the effectiveness of the system in acquiring, transmitting, and filtering data during tests, through integrated communication. Conclusion: The proposed digital health system proves to be a valuable tool for telemedicine, contributing to the quality of life of patients.
