Objectives: To describe the development and evaluate the usability of an application to facilitate the linking process with the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). Methods: Descriptive study for the development and usability of the CIFLink application. Its development was organized with Systematic Instructional Design (DIS). To evaluate usability, 12 health professionals with experience in the area participated, using the System Usability Scale (SUS), consisting of 10 items with 5 response options arranged on a Likert scale. Results: The CIFLink application was developed following the proposed steps and enabling linkage with the ICF based on Cieza et al rules. Its usability was 84.6 points, considered excellent. Conclusion: Some functional improvements to the CIFLink application are needed to improve the user experience. The aim is to stimulate interest in the use of the ICF and the application by carrying out linkage studies in different contexts.
