This scoping review improved upon Arksey and O'Malley's five-step methodology, the Joanna Briggs Institute Manual, and the PRISMA-ScR guidelines. It was registered in the Open Science Framework, with the research question: "What is available in the literature on digital health and its segments (telemedicine and telerehabilitation) in the care of people with Down syndrome?" The search was conducted in April 2025 in the BVS/Lilacs, PubMed/Medline, Cochrane Library, and Embase databases and analyzed using a double-blind approach. A total of 4,603 articles were found; 420 were excluded due to duplication and 4,183 for not meeting the inclusion criteria. Thirty articles remained for full reading, of which 17 were included in the review. The results indicated that, since 2006, digital health, especially through telemedicine and telerehabilitation, has positively promoted access and qualified care for people with Down syndrome.
