Realidad aumentada en la educación de anatomía humana: revisión sistemática

Resumen

Objetivo: Evaluar la realidad aumentada (RA) en la enseñanza de anatomía para ciencias médicas y compararla con métodos tradicionales. Métodos: Elaborado siguiendo las recomendaciones de PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Se realizaron búsquedas en bases de datos establecidas para comparar RA con métodos tradicionales en la enseñanza de anatomía. Los criterios incluyeron evaluaciones cuantitativas y datos como país, tipo de RA, método tradicional, resultados de pruebas y características de los estudiantes. Resultados: Se incluyeron once estudios, con 757 participantes. El 49% utilizó RA y el 51% métodos tradicionales. Diez estudios utilizaron pruebas de opción múltiple, tres incluyeron identificación de estructuras. Tres estudios favorecieron RA, siete no mostraron diferencias y uno mostró un rendimiento superior del grupo de control en una parte de la prueba. Conclusión: RA puede facilitar el aprendizaje, sin embargo, no justifica la abolición de los métodos tradicionales que presentan sus cualidades diferenciales.
