Revisión de alcance sobre áreas temáticas en salud digital

Objetivo: identificar áreas temáticas esenciales para calificar a profesionales de la salud en Salud Digital, un área de creciente relevancia. Métodos: revisión de alcance realizada en 2024 según la metodología PRISMA. La selección de estudios fue doble ciega, con un tercer evaluador en casos de desacuerdos. Resultados: de los 20 artículos elegibles, la mayoría (10) se centraron en equipos de salud multidisciplinarios. El objetivo de 11 estudios fue el desarrollo curricular. Se crearon áreas temáticas según el contenido de los artículos, destacándose: Gestión de datos, registros de salud, documentación clínica y de medicamentos (20) y Tecnologías de la información en salud: uso básico de computadoras, tabletas, aplicaciones móviles e internet (19). Conclusión: es esencial promover la estandarización de la nomenclatura de las áreas temáticas de Salud Digital para facilitar su implementación curricular y garantizar la educación de estudiantes y profesionales alineados con las demandas de la práctica profesional.
