OBJECTIVE: Search, in the scientific literature, works on technologies that promote digital navigation for oncology patients. METHODOLOGY: This is a systematic review of articles in Portuguese, English and Spanish, from 2017 to 2022, in databases and virtual libraries: ACM, VHL, IEEE Xplore, MEDLINE, Periódicos and PubMed; with descriptors: digital, patient navigation, oncology, mobile health. RESULTS: Of the 798 articles, 8 were included. The United States has the highest number of publications – 3 articles. There was unilateral communication, a care approach and feedback, in more than 50% of the articles, while educational, data collection, remote assistance, flowchart and notification sending, in less than 50% of the articles. No article presented use in training and one did not present any evaluation. CONCLUSION: Navigation through technologies is seen as a comprehensive field of research and investment, as no tool fully addressed the requirements.
