GestBucalSD: assessment of user satisfaction in oral health via digital platform

Objective: Evaluate the satisfaction of users of oral health services using the web-based platform-GestBucalSD. Method: A quantitative, cross-sectional study was carried out with users of Primary Health Care, Rio Vermelho, Minas Gerais. A module was used containing structured digital questionnaire to characterize the user, measure satisfaction (short scale and Net Promoter Score indicator); self-processing of results; and availability on dashboards. The data was descriptively analyzed. Results: Users were very satisfied (frequency above 80%), average NPS score 9.49. The investigated profile predominated women, singles, and mixed race; living with 1-3 people, complete secondary education, income of 1 to 2 minimum wages; and no toothache. Conclusion: There was potential effectiveness in using GestBucalSD in evaluating user satisfaction for decision-making and improving patient-centered services, improving the use of digital information and communication technologies, and promoting social control.
