Objective: Semantically validate an educational technology for preventing bullying and cyberbullying with school adolescents. Methods: Methodological study carried out in the interior of the state of Pernambuco, Brazil, through the application of a Scale containing items referring to the objectives, organization, language, appearance and motivation of educational technology. The Content Validation Index (CVI) cut-off value for these items was equal to or greater than 0,8. Results: 7 videos and 8 gamified activities were evaluated, reaching an overall CVI of 0,91. Items 7 and 15 referring to some part of the visualization being difficult and whether the educational technology was simple and attractive obtained CVI of 0,77 and 0,74, respectively, with the need for adjustments. Conclusions: A validated educational technology can be considered an important pedagogical tool in building knowledge for the prevention identification and control of bullying and cyberbullying among school adolescents.
