Objective: This study aimed to analyze the occurrence of cutaneous leishmaniasis and its association with epidemio-logical, socioeconomic and public health policy variables, using a fuzzy system, in the integration regions of the state of Pará, from 2015 to 2019. Methods: In this experimental study official epidemiological, socioeconomic and public health policy data were used, whose association was analyzed by a fuzzy system, using a mamdani inference algorithm, developed with python 3.7. To validate the results, an analysis of the association between the occurrence of cases of the disease and deforestation was performed. Results: The Xingu region presented the highest risk for the disease with great differences in the relevance of its variables, as well as the highest percentage of increase in deforestation. Con-clusion: The system was satisfactory for identifying regions with greater risk for the disease with need to intensify health surveillance actions.
