Resumo

Introdução: O sistema MyStrengths MyHealth foi desenvolvido nos Estados Unidos da América, sendo implementado como uma versão simplificada do Sistema Omaha. É utilizado para avaliação de saúde whole-person, uma avaliação completa do estado de saúde dos pacientes, incluindo elementos biopsicossociais e espirituais - os determinantes sociais da saúde. Objetivo: evidenciar o estado da arte atual do Sistema Omaha em cenários de saúde, com vistas à sua tradução e adaptação e avaliação de barreiras para o uso do sistema MyStrengths MyHealth no Brasil. Métodos: revisão da literatura; traduções e retro traduções independentes, síntese das traduções, avaliação por juízes especialistas, pré-teste com acadêmicos de enfermagem e aplicação do Technology Adoption Model (TAM) com pacientes ambulatoriais. Resultados: O estado da arte da utilização do sistema Omaha no mundo é vasta, em diversos cenários da saúde, fato que impulsionou a sua tradução, adaptação e disponibilização para utilização no Brasil em consultas clínicas e pesquisas, em que se pese a necessidade de investimentos no letramento em saúde digital dos usuários e profissionais de saúde. Conclusão: O MSMH encontra-se disponível para utilização no Brasil em consultas clínicas e pesquisas, em que se pese a necessidade de investimentos no letramento em saúde digital dos usuários e profissionais de saúde.
