Objective: To validate the content of the “Nursing Planning” module of a mobile application designed for teaching the nursing process. Method: Methodological study conducted in two phases: content definition and content validation. The content included outcomes from the Nursing Outcomes Classification and interventions from the Nursing Interventions Classification, selected for NANDA International nursing diagnoses featured in the application. The Delphi technique was used, involving two rounds of evaluation and consensus. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. Results: Nursing outcomes and interventions were validated for all diagnoses included in the application. Experts' evaluations led to the exclusion of some items, adjustments to others, and the inclusion of new interventions, ensuring the appropriateness and coherence of the content. Conclusion: The module’s validation ensured standardized language and content relevance for educational purposes, contributing to the development of a structured educational resource to support the clinical reasoning of nursing students and professionals.
