Calls and special sections

CBIS 2026

Full papers presented at the Brazilian Congress of Health Informatics (CBIS 2026) and accepted by the event are published in a dedicated journal section, CBIS 2026.

  • Section editors: Juliano de Souza Gaspar and Wemerson Delcio Parreira.
  • Papers were already peer reviewed by the event and do not undergo a new review round; the journal checks language, references and formatting.
  • Publication follows the journal's rules (Author guidelines). Acceptance at CBIS does not guarantee publication.
  • Requests to authors are made through the submission discussion in OJS, with a 3-day deadline.
  • Group authorship is not accepted. Authors who do not accept a journal rule may withdraw the paper.
  • Expanded abstracts are not published in the journal.
