Preservation and identifiers

Digital preservation

Published articles are preserved in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a LOCKSS-based network run by the Public Knowledge Project, which keeps copies on distributed servers and guarantees access to the content should the journal cease publication.

Identifiers

  • Online ISSN: 2175-4411.
  • DOI: registered with Crossref, prefix 10.59681, for articles published since 2023. The DOI is the article's permanent address and should be used in citations.
  • ORCID: mandatory for all authors, published in the article and in the metadata.

Open metadata

  • OAI-PMH: https://jhi.sbis.org.br/index.php/jhi-sbis/oai, with Dublin Core and MARC metadata;
  • Crossref: metadata for each article, with abstract, ORCID, references and license;
  • Google Scholar: citation metadata on each article page;
  • Formats: PDF for all articles; HTML and JATS XML being introduced from 2026.

Versions and corrections

Published articles are not changed without a record. Corrections follow the corrections and retractions policy.
