Resumen

Introduccion: El sistema My Strength My Health fue desarrollado en los Estados Unidos de América, implementado como una versión simplificada del Sistema Omaha. Se utiliza para la evaluación integral de la salud, proporcionando una evaluación completa del estado de salud de los pacientes, que incluye elementos biopsicosociales y espirituales, es decir, los determinantes sociales de la salud. Objetivo: traducir, adaptar y evaluar las barreras para el uso del sistema My Strength My Health en Brasil. Métodos: revisión de literatura; traducciones y retro traducciones independientes, síntesis de las traducciones, evaluación por jueces expertos, preprueba con académicos de enfermería y aplicación del Modelo de Adopción Tecnológica (TAM) con pacientes ambulatorios. Resultados: El estado del arte de la utilización del sistema Omaha en el mundo es amplio, en diversos escenarios de la salud, lo que ha impulsado su traducción, adaptación y disponibilidad para su uso en Brasil en consultas clínicas e investigaciones. Sin embargo, es necesario invertir en la alfabetización en salud digital de los usuarios y profesionales de la salud. Conclusión: El sistema Omaha está disponible para su uso en Brasil en consultas clínicas e investigaciones.
