Estudio de usabilidad de una aplicación móvil para el diagnóstico de endometriosis

Resumen

Objetivos: Evaluar la usabilidad entre los médicos de una aplicación móvil (app), Endometriosis Intelligent Application (ENIA), creada para facilitar el diagnóstico clínico de la endometriosis. Metodos: El estudio contó con 15 médicos especialistas y 21 residentes en Ginecología y Obstetricia de una maternidad localizada en el Estado de Rio Grande do Norte, Brasil, en el período de julio a noviembre de 2020, teniendo cómo instrumento de evaluación el mHealth App Usability Questionnaire (MAUQ). Resultados: En cuanto a la fiabilidad general, la escala mostró una buena consistencia interna determinada por un alfa de Cronbach de 0,871. En cuanto a la facilidad de uso y la satisfacción, la organización de la información en el sistema y la utilidad, los valores alfas fueron de 0,80, 0,65 y 0,87, respectivamente.  Se verificó un acuerdo máximo superior al 70% en la mayoría de las preguntas de la subescala de utilidad. Conclusione: la satisfacción y la utilidad percibidas por los médicos en el uso de ENIA, que indican que la aplicación, una vez aprobada, podrá ser empleada en la práctica de los profesionales.
